Psalms 46:4 say's, There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the City of God, the Holy place of the Tabernacles of the Most High.

We as the Body of Christ are now about to build that city. Now psalms 48:4-5 says, the kings were assembled they pass by together. They saw it, and so the marvelled, they were troubled and hasted away.
